I must admit I hate cardio, especially tabata, and I hate emom too. I skipped this workout. So I did Day 12 instead but felt guilty when PJ congratulated the finishers. I went back to this workout. I'm proud I did it and fount it fun ! Come Santa Claus come, I deserve a present 🎅

That was totally awesome! I really wanted to challenge myself on Day 11 so I gave it all I had for the tabata section (totally dripping in sweat now!) and to make the ab section even tougher (as if 10 rounds of 3 moves wasn't hard enough) I did regular crunches during the break between sets. So my abs are completely done right about now :) Thanks for a great workout PJ- looking forward to tomorrow!

Wore my 8-pound best and subbed side plank dips on knees for bicycle, as I can't twist. Really felt it in the arm with the plank/side taps. Love the bird dog prehab (and all the prehab exercises), but especially for the back, as I believe most over 50 need to strengthen their back muscles. Have loved the 12 Days of Christmas!

I don’t have wrist issues, but I was really feeling my wrists after the EMOM series (floor version). My wrists were saying ‘no thank you’ to the bird dog exercises, so I skipped them. Next time I’ll do the version on a bench. Thanks for the series-one more day to go! I feel stronger and accomplished.

I did this workout on a very rainy day because I obviously won't get out to cross-country ski. My, but you had us work hard! Got most of the ab exercises done (for a couple of rounds I only got to 12 (not quite a 16 count) but did work to the end. Thanks for having us move optimally.

Great workout! Probably didn’t get as winded as everyone else during the ab rounds because I just did the legs for my bicycles. I don’t do upper body crunches with diastasis recti and umbilical hernia but my legs were going strong and I upped it to 12.

Loved this workout! I can do anything for 20 seconds, and only 8 reps of each ab move?! Of course! I couldn't quite get the sitting double-crunch on the chair, so I did low impact high knees like a standing crunch. It worked for me this morning. =)

Day 11! I'm in patron w you so not sure if or where I can ask my question: I'm 63.5 and had hip replacement surgery almost 2 years ago. Two months after that, I ended up in a 11-12 hr desk job and has only now rescued to 9-10 hrs. I did the ap workout on a chair. I could do the mountain climbers and toe tap but cannot lift the surgery leg for the bicycle move! I've been working out with you since you started your 21-day challenge (have done it 3 times). Wondering if you have tips besides "keep going!" which I will of course do! Thank you!
