PJ- instead of a whole bunch of individual weights, I bought 2 sets of adjustable dumbbells. They give me a range of 3-24lbs - all in their own easily stored & separated cradle. LOVE 💗 these Christmas challenges. Donna 🇨🇦🎒❤🍷

PJ was spot on: this TOASTED my upper body! ♨️ Especially after doing the shoulder warm-up video, and THEN having the rotator cuff prehab exercises at the end! Whew! I've also been increasing my weights, so my shoulders and arms are really speaking to me right now 😅😂 But sooo loving it! 💪💗😁

Coincidentally, you’re at a hotel gym (in Seattle) with me today. A woman saw me doing the shoulder warmup and asked me about the video because she’s rehabbing her rotator cuff. Of course, I couldn’t just tell her about the video-I tgave her the rundown about your program too! 😄 She was excited to hear about you and said she’ll definitely check your videos out.

You’d think a “no repeat” workout would be easier. IT’S NOT. This felt like my muscles were lengthening with each rep. Great programming PJ. 💪

Yeah, well, this was awesome. Fortunately, I have a nice assortment of weights to choose from, so I went up or down in weight as needed. I added wall sits (the ones we did the other day) at the end, because I have wimpy lower body strength. 🙄 This is a great time of year for crock pot stews and soups. Yum! ❤ 😋 Thanks, PJ!

Great upper body workout. PJ I really love working out with you. FYI: I have friends over the age of 55 who are just starting to get into KZbin workouts, and they ask me which weights they should buy and start with. I try give to give them some advice, but I think you may do a better job. I myself, have had my weight set since the early 2000's when my career path changed and to get my workouts in daily on the road, I modified a roller bag with a built- in weight rack to carry my 20, 12, 10, 8, 5 lb weights with me. The workout rooms in hotels were far and few between and small typically no free weights. I say you just have to adapt to pursue your goals.

Very challenging for me, I tried my best to do them ,that side with dumbell I didn’t use a dumbell, got to get my form yet,like you said PJ, form form. Otherwise got to go back to this some other time and see. Thank you for good coaching PJ. Your bloopers never gets old,yeah

This was brilliant really enjoyed this but didn't get much of a sweat on hmmmmmm like you said maybe it's time to invest in a little heavier dumbbell None the less I really enjoyed this And the rehab for the shoulder delicious alone with the wall sit and raising the arms up with my back to the wall still needs work Cheers legend Steph 🇮🇪

Wow- this was intense! Your no repeat strength workouts are always so thorough ;) And while I generally hate pushups the chest to ground version is probably my favorite. I can do those with good form and and not feel like I'm totally dying by the end of the round :) Thanks for another great workout PJ!
