We eat more food/snacks more often than our grandparents/parents...eating frequently is often. Stop eating carbs / sugar products/ fried stuff/ restaurant food/ juices/noodles/pasta. Eating high fiber food, protein, complex carbs like millets/ brown rice/ rajma / black bean/ chana/chole/dal. Don't over cook vegetables , protein. Keep it simple- don't add cream , processed coconut milks, cheese. Use simple ingredients. keep for special days/weekends as a treat.
