FITTING THE NEW ENGINE INTO MY MINI COOPER S!

In this episode I manage to get most of the steering/suspension compartments changed and the engine from the donor car I bought into the car.

Great stuff. Personally I would not have put that subframe back on without first wire brushing, then KuRust and finally Hammerite painting it - that's what I did with mine! 🤪 I'm currently struggling with a boost pressure issue on my R56. The actuator on the turbo is sticking in 2 places as the vacuum pressure test is increased and I reckon it's the wastegate that is the issue. Once that's all sorted, the back subframe and bumper carrier are coming off for a de-rust and re-paint. 🖌

I’ve always found them to reliable mate, I’ve been running one on my track car for 2 years! And yeah I’ll definitely put a cost breakdown in the last video once it’s all done!
