I have undergone sleev gastrectomy 12 yrs back to get rid of excess wt and have lost hugh wt over a period with lots and lots of muscle wasting too,i still need to loose 10 to 15 kgs but now i want to have some muscle mass too and i m trying for it have loss 5 kgs in last 2 months but with excercise i m really struggling with strength and stemina,but knowing about Deepak's progress feom 5 push ups to 150 push ups,thanks JC it gave me hugh hope at 44 yrs,that i can get healthy body too

Hi Sir, I am hearing nowadays that walking or running on treadmills is not good for knees in longterm? Is that true? They said use cross trainer instead of this that will create less load on knees.

Hello Sir do we really need omega 3 in your diet and if we can't get from our diet then can we take omega-3 fish capsules which IFOS certified?

Hi JC, In one of your previous video you mentioned, your dad came out of hypertension. My question is can you come out of hypertension by exercise only( stop taking BP medications), if yes how? I have been regularly exercising for last 6-8 years, but have high BP. Thanks

I don’t want to ask this but still asking with zero expectation of this question. I am vegetarian and I can’t consume eggs, and soy makes me bloated but i am eating 200g paneer everyday my weight is 60kg height 5.7 feet with 20% fat.. i want to reach around your weight 68kg and i am doing resistance training its been 1 year so i want to put 8kg of muscle and fat 10-12% now the problem is protien its hard to take double of my body weight.. i touched 60g protien daily. Now whey protien is the choice and thats the question i dont want to ask but still asking .. wholetruthfoods whey natural protien. As you said check all range of products of same company like immunity booster, testosterone booster, fat burner, they dont sell any of them and they FDA approved. So please guide me 🙏
