1. Morning stretches in bed (1 min) 2. Drink water in morning (1-4 glasses of water) 3. Wash your eyes 15-20 times (Keep mouthful of water so eyes bulge out and wash eyes) 4. Oil pulling: 1 tbsp cold pressed oil (coconut, seasame mustard) for 15-20 mins Brush teeth and tongue after oil pulling. 5. First meal of your day: General: Piece of 1 Seasonal fruit Above ones - do not eat anything for 30 mins.and then, you can have regular breakfast.

you should drink when you get up because the idea of drink water is to inhale the saliva which made when we are asleep so drinking water after brushing is of no use.

Ma'am! Just a question.. I hope you wear spectacles all the time because of such high power.. but as you said your eye number decreased, how did you realised it while still wearing the spectacles of -2.25 .. It's a genuine question since I also have high power and looking forward to your answer!!

@@rkshukla3692 I wear them but i make sure I am not too dependent on them because if i wear it 24/7 when i take it off i can’t see a thing😓but yes actually i never realised until i had an eye checkup and i saw the results in my case I have high power on just right eye so left eye covers up , but yes I know a lot of experts might be against this but wearing specs 24/7 just makes u mad dependent on it , try to take it off for few hours a day and simple eye exercises also helped me but the eye splashing method is magic , even my Father at ahe of 45 he was able to reduce his eye power thru this , I wasn’t even doing this seriously to be honest , or thought it would work but it worked miracles in just a month i saw results it went from 2.25 to somewhere around 2 and then now 1.75 , even though i was not regular i saw such miraculous results

@@bhartipanwar66 this surgery can only be done if you have a certain level of power which is really high , plus after surgery too their are high chances that you will have myopia again , best to rely on natural techniques rather then surgery , i personally wouldn’t opt as our eyes are our most delicate part

I followed you sir for the past 2-3 years, I tried to follow almost everything you said, but since due to time crunch and work constraints, managed to follow 50-60 percent of it only....but even that has helped me so much, I just cannot thank you in words, I quitted maida, sugar and preservative loaded foods and avoided junk food (like just once or twice in a month), and I can really feel the positive changes I have encountered in my life, really thankyou sir from bottom of my 💖!!

During school, I had a problem of constipation. So, my mom advised me to drink water in the morning just after waking up and it worked miraculously. I have been continuing it since then (Drink 3-4 glass of water both in the morning and evening before going latrin) After watching fit tuber, I have started oil pulling. 7 days passed, but so far no improvement. Plaque isn't removed. I will continue it for next 1 month.

This week I started oil pulling using coconut oil and after that brushing my teeth with rock salt with a pinch of baking soda and few drops of mustard oil. It cured my bad breath and also cured my problem of bleeding gums and increased the whiteness and shine of my teeth. Previously I used to brush with Close up toothpaste and then use a mouthwash to remove bad breath, but the problem was that they only keep you fresh for few hours. But now my mouth feels fresh throughout the day because of oil pulling and salt which acts as a very nice plaque remover. If anybody like me has the problem of bad breath and bleeding gums, then start oil pulling and brushing with salt from today. You will get positive results within a week. A few eye doctors that I consulted have strongly advised against splashing water directly in our eyes as the impurities in the water these days leads to damage in the corneal layer. It happened with me recently. They even told me not to splash filtered/RO water.

Just cleaning the eyes gently don't hurt cornea bro, we should not splash water into the eyes forcefully, just clean them with pure and clean water , no doctor will say no to this kind of cleaning. Usually people who travel outside in 2 wheeler or public transport where you get exposed to pollution , need this kind of delicate cleaning for sure to remove all the dirt. 😊

All 5 methods are easy to do because health is wealth. I have been doing 3 of these 5 things for years. Now I will start with oil pulling & first meal. I have been doing gum massage with mustard oil as directed by you in one of your videos, but now I will start oil pulling as well. First meal with coriander water is the best option to avoid thyroid.
