This is a full body workout, that is an intense five minutes.
I created it for when my day is too busy for a long walk, or a regular workout. There are three primary exercises, with a fourth for those who would like to squeeze a bit more into the five minutes. Have fun!

That’s excellent. It’s a lot like walking on all fours, or crawling, which I do for five minutes daily. Lately, I’ve discovered the benefits of hanging by all fours, both hands and feet, like from parallel bars,. Keep putting up videos, Walter, man of the woods. You’re great!

Bad back, yoga daily will make the difference. You mind controls your body, don’t focus on what’s wrong or I cants. Focus on the direction you desire to go. Nothing becomes a behavior till it is done daily for 21 days straight. And it doesn’t become a part of you for 63 days. Any less, and the person begins to lose what they did, the mind loses its direction, till the mind just drops it. My personal hero- jack lalane worked out every day one hour of swimming one hour lifting weights. When Arnold Schwarzenegger was mr Olympia, jack challenged Arnold to a workout. And jack, in his late sixties, blew Arnold out of the water. Don’t quit!😁❤️

Lying here with a bad back watching bushcraft vlogs and then I came across this one unexpectedly, karma or what? Great advice. There's one of those plastic roller things, still in its box, never used, that's been left lying around for years by a member of my family, I will use it when I get better. Thanks.

You look Great Walter, I can't do certain exercises because of physical problems but lately I've been doing what i can, if i did what you did they would have to call 911 lol, but you look great i had to add a few more things, I'm 56 going on 57 a month from now and i always had a problem with my breathing and my heart and in the last 2 year's i had a cardiac arrest and 2 heart attacks, i try to curl on the rubber bands but my body is shot out, but like you said we have to start somewhere, i also have steel plates in my feet and right arm, so my start off will be small but i would love to atleast look somewhat good cause I'm a heavy fat person and my own fears stop me from even trying ,out of fear
