Thanks for this video. One point of you wanting to move due to WiFi as the main reason, it's easily rectified. There are houses with pour WiFi signals upstairs due to bad hardware, bad positioning of the WiFi hotspot, and more. You could easily pay a one time fee to have a cable run from upstairs to downstairs, then make your own more powerful hotspot downstairs and even have the ability to plug in directly. Or just pay for your own separate Internet connection which maybe alot cheaper than having to move again, especially if you like the place you are currently in.

Hello! Thanks for the comment and tips. I did actually give this a try as there was already a cable run down to the basement and I paid for my own router to be set-up in the basement using this cable. Unfortunately, even using the cable and my own router the wifi was very spotty and would come and go often. :(
