Hello, you might have blockage (what i call gunk). If you pull out the tray and then clean it inside the compartmet area. There is a release tab that you must push in order to release the tray. Point a flashlight inside once you remove the tray, take a long brush that extends and clean out the thick moldy area around the opening in the inside.

look at the model number around the door area or on the back. Many times its on the actual switch

that means the lock switch is bad or the plastic latch piece on door may be very loose or broken ..... you might have to hold the add garment button or flip the breaker

I changed the same part. Now my door is locked and can’t open it.

When I start a cycle the washer will pour water then I can hear the motors trying to start then the washer goes on pause and the door sounds like it unlocks. It does lock correctly and it does stay closed so I’m not sure what it might be. Please help! 🙏🏼
