Ohhhhhh my goodness. After one set it's like something released. Still in pain but nothing like I was. I'll be doing these daily. The PT's keep misdiagnosing my pain syndrome. I live in Denver do you have anyone you can recommend in Denver? Thank you!!

Thank you, I am on a mission to improve my transverse abdominous, and I’m following your previous video with this one. Any other direction to take please let me know I have a slight inguinal hernia, and from my research, it sounds like if I slowly strengthen and activate, my transverse abdominous I may be able to heal my abdomen.
