Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Get-Appxpackage -Allusers
Copy the PackageFullName and replace it in the following script-
Add-AppxPackage -register “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\(PackageFullName)\AppXManifest.xml” -DisableDevelopmentMode
Execute the above command with correct PackageFullName
2nd Way -
Execute this PowerShell command -
Get-AppXPackage WindowsStore -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
6. Reinstall all pre-built apps
Execute the following commands in PowerShell
Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

the methods in the video didn't fix the problem, this is what worked for me: there is some bullshit going on with the store trying to resolve what content to show you depending on location. my NordVPN even disconnect was somehow interfering with that, even closed there is a process working. total uninstalling the VPN worked for me, installed it back after I done with the store.
