For the viewers i want to give an important information, this videos is good showing an accurate solution but i tried this sol many times did all the things watched many videos about this problem on YT but i was unable to get my problem solved, lastly one day i thought about resetting the PROXY (I added proxy address in my PC in order to run Cricket 22 then only this problem occured just after that), then i reset my proxy server and restarted my PC and bang microsoft store started working well. Для тех у кого пиратка, проверьте не стоит ли у вас утилита блокировки обновлений (обычно она в пуске - все программы - Обновление Windows выключить или включить). Эта утилита блокирует доступ к серверам обновления, из за этого стор и другие приложения не могут соединиться к серверам. Смотрите полное описание к сборке в теме с раздачей.
