Hey mark Im really curious if you have taken courses from the postural restoration institute . because after a whiplash injury that I had ive been dealing with a lot of joint strains and my research on how to get back to my normal basically concluded that PT combined with pri drills andre proper biomechanics training is the answer .

I think those are all great starting points to build your foundation. My theory is that the answer isn’t found in one ideology but the right combination of them.

This was very weird, at first. I had to take note of how the block was moving in the video and how you were holding it to help me get it down. At first I was pushing it up when I went forward with it and my elbows stuck out. It feels unnatural to do it the right way at first, but it did feel better after a minute. I held the out position for a few deep breaths and that really helped, too. Made my muscles relax a bit. Thank you for the video ❤

Yes but only do workouts that have no chance of causing a muscle imbalance
