I think the pins you lock it into rotate to tighten the lens when necessary. Try rotating them inward or outward and see what happens.

They do indeed. I found out after throwing my pinlock plastic out because it kept misting up inside where water had got in. Found out later that the pins are eccentric and rotating them adjusts the tension.

The other issue is the visor depending on how thick it is will also change shape when the weather changes. I bought a knock off brand for my Simpson once and it would not seal when it was hot. When cold it was very tight against the seal of the helmet.

Put a thick cardboard on the seal side cut to shape, then compress it. No pressure on the silicon.

Apperantly...I learnt this the other day, you can adjust the pins in the visor itself to tension it back to sealing properly again.🤔😀

huh, I did not know that. I also hear washing it off with soap and water may help to get the silicone sticky again. Kinda like those silicone hand toy things that used to stick to the walls we had as kids. Well I guess that depends on your age lol

seems its installed wrong, as there should be gaps equaly on top and bottom, if pinlock sits in its place.. now seems like pinlock sits to close to bottom of visor

Be very conservative when heating the pinlock - you dont want to melt silicone seal, nor you want to heat it too much so it elongates more than it should. Do not keep hairdryer on one spot for a long time. Gently hold the pinlock down and heat it all the way from one side to other just straighten it a bit, not completely flat - it will seal properly if you just straighten it a little. I had two spots on the bottom of my visor (Schubert C4), and pinlock itself wasnt all that saggy - it wasnt properly placed to follow the curve of the visor. When you ride and have a rest-stop, bring your helmet with you into shade. Do not leave it on your handlebars in sunlight.
