Appreciate the advice bro. I’m active duty military and it’s hard to stay consistent with all the training we do, I’m stuck at 275lbs bench, I weigh 205. Although I have benched 315-335 numerous times before, it just seems so much harder right now lol

life is tough man and being in military your main objective is endurance so don't be hard on yourself, you will get to where you want to.

Good video. So true, my bench press nowadays is damn near a close grip. I feels it allows you to use your whole body as a unit. You feel your back, legs, arms in one force. It feels safe and you feel like you have foundation.

Thank you for the video Terron!!! I also recommend to anyone watching Terrons Bankai Chest program. Got me from 315x1 to 315x4 in about 6 weeks!!! It even has detailed plans for squat and deadlift on the program

180 can hit 275 3-4 times. Pr probably 285-290 clean. Almost got 295 clean the other day. This is definitely going to help a lot! Thanks man

I’ve broke my leg and can’t use leg drive and I’m only 5kg of my previous bench pr with time off and no leg drive I’m looking forward to trying this type of bench training im trying to hit by end of July

for the supplements? (if so) I take the bulk(preworkout) Cardio support and nitrix oxide before training... then the carbs/intra during workout.. then post and 30min later protein

Sucks because my right side is stronger than my left. Whenever I start trying to do 175- 185 my right arm does more of the pushing than my left

You may be already unbalanced with less weight. Try to get yourself a partner or someone looking at your bench. Then whenever your are leaning he tell you and you correct. Push your strenght with less weight but with perfect form, push more your weak arm if it's leaning. And don't do reps unbalanced. Once you master lower weights then go up.
