Great video, went to physical therapy for a condition called OsgoodShlatter, and most of the exercises they had me do were very similar, glad to see this video having nice content.

It's maybe because of your high drop, don't put your knee to much forward.

Kyoku Slaps other guy may be right. It may be your technique. I’ve been doing parkour for 3 years even got a knee injury but my knee joints don’t hurt today.

These exercises should help! Also as others have mentioned, technique & overuse can be a factor. Especially in parkour, due to the heavy impact with big jumps, technique is crucial. I also condition the jumps from smaller heights (knee to waist height). Then on occasions and 1-2 times per week when I was training hard performing bigger drops and heavy impact. But constantly conditioning and strengthening the legs and joints.

Please do a video and how to get stronger ankles and pain relief coz I do parkour and tricking and I’ve got a really bad left ankle and whenever I do certain things or land awkwardly on a flip or something it kills

These should definitely help and if you haven't done so already, get your knee looked at by a doctor and get a thorough examination, train safe!
