How well is this holding up?
@BillOfAllTrades201611 ай бұрын
After about 2 months it started to peel off. Definitely a waste of money. Currently I’m using fireplace mortar on another hole on a different spot on the muffler and that is having better results so far. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe

I did not hold up at all. Started to flake after a month. Now it’s almost completely non existent. I wouldn’t advise wasting time or money on this product. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe

The best thing you can use that is far superior and will last longer is Furnace Cement mix it well and apply with glove with fingers or spatula works awesome it’s the same stuff that is used for fireplace’s I had a whole on my catalytic converter I used the Furnace Cement medium and evenly a thin piece /sheet of stainless steel put a stainless clamp on it till this day it never came apart a little over 5 years now works great .

I just slapped some mortar on the middle muffler can because I have a huge split in it today. I’ll have to see how it holds. Here is the result so far: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l3_RdYukjsabjZY Thanks for watching. please like and subscribe

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I did, and what i got was a super-hard hockey puck! Just broke apart like shale!
@BillOfAllTrades20163 ай бұрын
Did you return it. You can get your money back if it was dried out upon purchase. I wouldn’t say don’t buy a product because of that one that you got that was bad. That’s not the manufacturers fault. It probably sat too long on the shelf. That would be like bringing fruit home and finding its rotten on the inside. Would you say never buy that brand of fruit ever again or would you let the store know about the small issue. Just saying. Thanks for commenting.

@@BillOfAllTrades2016 Yes, I'm returning it for a refund. As well, there were NO instructions at all on how to prepare this product for applying! So here i am trying to "nead" chuncks of shale! As well, i watch Scotty Kilmer ALWAYS saying "Don't buy this truck, or that car!", so i think i'm clear to say not to buy a $10.00 item! Anywho, great video, thanks so much for your reply & i subbed!👍✌

Yes. Agreed. I made a later video a few months after applying it and it was flaking off. Useless. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe
