@ericiidxАй бұрын
I'm not sure how much has changed over the past decade, but Hondata is (was?) definitely the way to go for Hondas. I was an early adopter of Cobb's venture into Honda tuning with my 07 Si and... I moved over to Hondata pretty quickly! Not to talk poorly of Cobb -- nowadays I'm a Subaru guy with an AccessPort -- it just wasn't a good experience. Of course, this only applies to the OTS tunes, which were much more experimental at the time. The product itself was fine.

@@romeropostali520 Hondata is far from dead, they've been touring the whole US doing jailbreaks and allowing people to buy flashpros on the spot for FL5 and FK8. They've been actively doing upgrades regularly still with DE5's burple and pop they added to FL5 and just recently updated for the FK8 for those people who want it. I have the ‘24 DE5 & would like an accessport if it provided me with an oil temperature estimate like what the CTR has from the factory. Not having a factory oil temperature estimate is the only thing I don’t like about my ITS. Power wise I don’t feel like the car needs any more, and I also don’t like the idea of needing to get my ECU “jail broken” so I can utilize the accesport. On previous cars I’ve owned the accessport was always “plug n play” right out of the box. Cobb is solid company and congratulations on what you have turned your CTR in to.
