Although Premier and Yamaha also make deep shell tenors now too those are obviously Pearl. Different lug style. The badges were removed, most likely for the repainting or recovering job. Also, news flash, Pearl makes squints now too.

Dynasty is only high pitched if you put the correct type of head on for the pitch you want and crank it to that tension. While it may be able to reach those pitches, the drum in and of itself is not any higher unless it is a completely different diameter (for instance drum 1 being an 8 instead of a 10)

Dude, that's narly! I didn't stay in marching drumming through high school or college cause they drill you off the map! I got burned out playing a lot of Niel Peart and Some John Bonham stuff. I was interested how this "cadance" is broken down. I like it! Might get it in a drum solo. You guys are tight!

tuned to an E fully diminished 7th chord. Drum 4 E - Drum 3 G - Drum 2 Bb - Drum 1 Db. Spock are tuned about a half step apart.

Cool - if you can play all the notes work on some technique and especially sound quality issues - there is a lot of definite sound change in the snare, didn't pay as much attention to it in tenors.
