So far the only thing that helps my mood is a good B complex also Niacinimide (no flush) i think it's B-3. Zinc too & 5-10,000 IU's of Vitamin D-3 with K-2 in it to help with calcification or something i cant remember. It's a lot of work keeping up on ones mental health. Magnesium is great too justnot sure which ones best for me. The glycinate caused the runs to bad. Wishing everyone else struggling the best. Musuc helps to. Instrumental, Shamanic drumming etc...

He had knee replacement surgery some while ago. That somehow messed with his ability to sleep. Which threw him into severe agitated depression state of being. That’s what he was living with for the past at least a year if not more. Luv you DB.
