Somehow I missed this the first time, but glad to view it now. Especially as subsequent research over the last 5 years continues to confirm the conclusions.

Last night, I watched a movie of a precious college-aged woman who died from cancer weeks after her wedding and she said, "If 1 person's life is affected by my story, it will be worth it." Boy, Dr. Greger, if her death impacted 1 person, how many people are your life-saving words impacting? All I could think about was that she never heard the WFPB message.

The lymphatic system naturally drains back into the bloodstream, which is where lymph fluid comes from. If you want to enhance that drainage, exercise! Your large muscles squeeze lymph vessels, pushing the lymph back into the blood via the subclavian vein. The only way to change what’s in your lymphatic system is to change what’s in your blood. First step would be ensuring you are drinking enough water. Next, a healthy diet and avoiding toxins.

Absolutely brilliant and truthful presentation - yet also makes me want to scream from the rooftops that it is OK TO SAY THE WORD VEGAN. VEGAN. VEGAN. Study after study he is showing uses the word vegan specifically in the title (or if not, the intervention group is eating vegan), but he always chooses the euphemism "Plant Based" which gets old - I comprehend that vegan proponents don't want to scare omnivores, but in a way it is failing to elucidate fully that these studies are getting such great results precisely from using a strict VEGAN diet - not "plant-based" which might unfortunately lead regular folks into thinking they can still eat animal foods to get these benefits. Yes, the science is clear to also cut oils as Dr. McDougall has taught for 40 years - but let us be clear that the truth is all animal foods are poison, and the key is understanding this and switching to a vegan diet, centered on starches, sure, but notice the study on how even modern africans that are getting no more fiber, eating "processed vegan" foods - still were protected from disease because they avoided eating animal foods. In fact Walter Kempner's Rice Diet used only white rice, sugar and fruit, and reversed every disease you can think of before the word vegan was even known - sugar is a scape goat. Totally awesome presentation though, and I love the audience, it must be amazing to be around other people that have learned the truth, that humans are biological herbivores and thrive upon a Vegan diet! :)

This guy will never tell you the truth if ears drop off and his teeth drop out. Africans don't get the quantity of SUGAR we do. Cancer feeds on SUGAR. Cancer does NOT REQUIRE oxygen CANCER DOES REQUIRE GLUCOSE. LAUGH ALL YOU LIKE.

That`s all SO WRONG!!! Don`t know where to start explaining how this guy and his useless studies are fundamentally wrong! But my message in a nutshell: Carbohydrates are the unhealthy ones, not meat!!! IT´S A SHAME THAT THIS GUY REALLY SEEMS SMART, WELLSPOKEN AND FUNNY, because it seems like he knows what he's talking about, but he gets it all wrong!!!
