He is a hero. Thanks for sharing. And a big thanks to Google too for supporting his work. I am Asthma free because my friend is an ex nurse and warned me about chemical meds. Made me research my diet. Found out my diet was actually causing my Asthma. Living in the UK, people depend on our NHS health system, which is free. Problem is, they are no better than glorified drug pushers. They sell junk food and give bad foods to patients. Depending on big Pharma to keep them alive and addicted to drugs for life. This is not living! And people are dying because of them and their lack of Nutrition Education.

Great video and talk. I wish I watched this in 2014 instead of waiting until 2017 to become vegan and now I only eat a WFPB diet which is animal foods free and before the anti vegans or trolls say i will be sick try and answer this question Why is it that the only time I have been sick constantly is on a animal based diet?

I'm not disregard wfpb, but what about rebuttal of dr. Avi about Esselstyn's report about his patients.

Dr Avi doesn’t look at the research the way this guy does.... he and his team go through (as scientists) EVERY English language study that is done on nutrition. Have at look at more of the videos and pages on his website for solid, interesting information on getting and staying healthy.

Does this dude ever discuss the relationship between economic issues and maintaining a plant based diet? Because a lot of times people can't afford all of these healthy options. I fully understand what he's suggesting but I would like him to offer suggestions on how regular people, especially in this economy, can afford and maintain such a diet.

Dr Greger, thank you for helping me cure my Asthma with plants. And thank you Goggle. My friends brother is in a coma, can anyone tell me if there is a way to get the hospital to use plant nutrition? Even something like organic plantain and nettle with distilled water? Surely this would be better than the muck they give them?

How can I rid my body of a large amount of aluminum? I had a hair analysis. I don't use aluminum pots and pans, store bought deodorant or canned food.
