Heather's videos are my favorite for the following reasons: 1.) A lot of KZbinrs spend SO long on their intro, talking on and on and on, but I love how Heather gets right down to business and starts the workout right away. 2.) The video preview of the next workout helps me prepare my body position just in time. 3.) The bell signal helps me know exactly when to stop and start when I am not looking at the screen. 4.) Music is always on point and helps me get into the zone. Thanks for the amazing videos!

Hello Heather, I have been on workouts now for an year, have gone from 30% fat content to 17%, I really now want to focus on going from soft to really toned around belly and love handles, like yours but not too manly. I am not sure if to achieve that i should do 10 mins Abs everybody after my routine workout? Also being an Indian we have lentils, rice and chapati as a part of our diet, however I have been particular of the portions and have good metabolism. Would you care to provide any suggestions here if you have ever worked on Indian grains? Lastly, do you do private consultation?

Hi Heather. Enjoyed your video tho some are really hard for beginner and intermediate learners. Hi, Heather! First - thank you for your excellent videos! I really appreciate the unobtrusive music and the absence of constant encouragements, I find them quite distracting. Second - could you please share your view on breathing, especially during ab exercises. Let's take the basic crunch - do you inhale on your way up, or on your way down? I've seen recommendations for both ways, is it really "whatever works for you", or is there a "right" way? Again, thank you!!!
