If all ur doing is abs, ur better off not going to the gym. Saves money as well

This was just what I needed. I sprained my ankle and broke my foot. This kept me off my feet but allowed me to get my muscles burning and heart pumping. Thanks, Heather!

Heather, I started watching your videos last year around October and just to tell you I have enjoyed working out with your videos. I went from a 36 size pants to what I use to be size 34 which is what I am now. I am 68 and feel great and sometimes. Thank you, you are awesome.

Yes! I love the quick and dirty workout targeting 1-2 areas. Then I get to pick and choose 3-4 different videos to target what I want.

I LOVE your workouts and you are the only one I follow since you make it fun, enjoyable and time actually goes pretty fast and the workout leaves me feeling so proud of myself. Thanks to you I am back in the game! But guuurl, I had to stop after a few minutes as my abs was burning so bad that I seriously thought something had rapture lol! I blame that I've started doing situps every morning. But just wanted to thank you for being the only one that can get me to workout! Love you Heather!

I’m trying really hard not to get down on myself. This and the Kickbox Tabata workout were the first workouts I’ve completed in over a week. For whatever reasons, after I completed HR12 3.0, my May exercise plan fell apart. I just couldn’t lock in. Here we are at the end of May, and I’m working hard to get myself to understand that what matters more is that I haven’t given up and I completed a workout today. For whoever needs to hear it, one of the hardest things to do sometimes is to be kind to yourself, speaking words of encouragement not condemnation. “I keep on trying. I don’t give up!” 🤗😅

My 1 hour of sweat from non stop Ab routine dried 9ff while doing this workout. Its was pretty easy for me as I'm already doing high strength AB exercises but it is absolutely great for any beginner, so keep uploading such videos!
