Great to see some progress on the 53. All very familiar right down to the rusted floors. Both my Mercs were worse. Even the front body mounts were rusted through. I'm still running with a "temporary" floor four years later.

I just priced the floor pans and they's a might pricey. I'll be saving a while for them.😞

@@MatthewBerginGarage EMS? Mine was literally a "Fred Flintstone" car until I laid in a sheet of galvanized furnace duct attached with sheet metal screws. Crude, but it got me rolling.

I may do the same for a while. At least I could drive the beastie. :-) I think the EMS is the emoji I put at the end of the sentence. Don't let the looks fool ya. The floors in the Customline are paper thin but still better than the 54 Pontiac we used to own.

@@MatthewBerginGarage I was referring to EMS Automotive. I have not dealt with them but watched their videos. They supply about any piece of sheet metal you might need for the fifties Fords. (And others)
