My Brother, I being Sindhi, never in our house we made Sindhi Curry in a pressure cooker, also we never fry our vegetables, and we put hot water so it catches up with the flavour quickly and vegetables get done easily too. Also only making a tangy curry gives a very tangy flavor so we add dark brown organic jaggery to give it a khatta, metha taste as you mentioned in your recipe video at the start. Truly this dish is a heaven on earth always👍🤝👌

For special occasions veggies can be blanched and some fried not drums ticks or carrots,but kadhi making is not done by pressure but by open boiling

Completely wrong recipe. You didn't bhuno the besan enough. And kadhi means kadhna - not pressure Cooker mein pressure Dena. Which Sindhi has taught you this???

I add ginger chopped and 3 green chillies a tbsp of gur too.Never made in cooker so far.
