They really didn't have pain here they were so freaking high on cocaine and drinking heavily that there is no way to explain how they were really feeling when recording this in the studio. It wasn't until later on when Stevie wrote a few more of her songs like silver springs etc that the pain was there and then when Lindsay threw the guitar at her on stage that was not cool either tell us when the true drama really started and she was just stopping all the cocaine use little late but she did it she kicked it.
