The best video on youtube. I hurt my righr knee with forward squats few month ago, it was swollen and painful. I went to physical therapist for few month, I stopped doing any exercise on my knees. Now I will start again. Thank you so much.

I simply loved it, Debra! Squats and lunges are my favorite workouts but listening to your advices has made me less concerned mostly because I'm 58...you're awesome!

I’m flipping 70 and a lot of the movements in the exercises you demonstrate seem too difficult for me. But I can definitely do the lunges and the squats that you have shown here. And I really need to strengthen my legs. Thanks for this video!!!

I’ve heard Dr. John Bergman say that we can develop new cartilage and increase synovial fluid through exercises like these. He also said that certain medications including Ibuprofen can deplete cartilage. I have an old injury in my right knee from a torn Mcl so this is helpful. Thank you!
