Nope, it's called staging. This is just to make the house more appealing and to give you an idea of how much space there is and how it looks like when furnished. There are companies that specialize in providing furniture for new developments and newly refurbished homes 🏡, after the house is sold, everything moves back to the warehouse. I hope this was helpful and clear enough .
