This is Project C and it’s falling apart. It’s been empty for over 10 years, it’s been vandalized, there’s no electrics, there’s a wasp infestation, ceilings are falling down and it’s basically a jungle of ruins.
I will be doing a full before and after house flip series for this house.

Thanks guys! We consider all layout options but unfortunately with small spaces there’s sometimes only 1 or 2 layouts that actually work. In the main bathroom, the toilet has to be as you walk in. Any other layout wouldn’t allow for a full bathroom!
