Great workout, helpful cues. I really liked your Modified Criss-Cross, with one hand behind the head, the other reaching across toward the bent knee: a great challenge. This was more challenging than your other workouts in the Beginner playlist, but still a great slower pace so I can focus on the scoop, pelvic lift, etc. Thank-you!

You’re right! This class was gearing towards low intermediate. I wanted to start integrating broken down intermediate exercises in this beginner class. Excellent to know you can focus the deeper abs connection in the class. Love your work Gaby!

Hi Mira, great class though harder than I thought it would be. Had to leave out the teaser. thought I ws much strange than I AM! One question: I found it much easier to do the roll up with legs straight. Couldn't do it at all with knees bent. Seems a bit counterintuitive. Shouldn't knees bent be easier? I couldn't even get my back up off of the floor. Do you have any explanation for that? Seems to me I have a weakness somewhere. Thanks so much for all you do. Fantastic teacher!
