Thx for a great Level 2 class. Just what I needed. (You have a lovely voice - maybe narrate over the video after you film it so you can forget about the equipment. Really good either way.)

We prefer to keep the sound in the video to make it more authentic and let me seen when we struggle and how the breath sounds. Small details, but I think it helps people learn and connect to the movements. Happy workouts 😀💪

thank you, i love this although it is a rather challenging one! i have been looking for a home pilates routine since quarantine begins, and i'm glad to find this channel. i hope i'd be able to pay a visit to the studio soon ^^
