In the Martial Art world we have seen kettlebells become a big part of the fitness side, even in professional mma fighters. But clubs, and especially mace, are nearly non-existent. If my main purpose of fitness is to help my students and I hit harder, and faster, should I even bother with mace? What about grappling martial artistist, should they bother with mace?
