Th a nd for modeling the best of listening and learning skills as well as the respect to an instructor that come from that level of attentiveness. Also I agree with others: these programming vids are very good.. We are learning g how to lestn, how to program and learning then the individual skills for these programs. Thank you!!

Hey Mark, I swear I remember seeing a video about a traction coat on Adex products, but can’t seem to find it anymore. Did you ever post a video, or was I just losing really late at night a while back? Thank you!

Adex Arc traction coating. It was accidentally marked Private. Don't think it has been fixed. Unfortunately.

In the Martial Art world we have seen kettlebells become a big part of the fitness side, even in professional mma fighters. But clubs, and especially mace, are nearly non-existent. If my main purpose of fitness is to help my students and I hit harder, and faster, should I even bother with mace? What about grappling martial artistist, should they bother with mace?
