A manipulator, a liar, one who lacks remorse and guilt, a creature which is prone to boredom, sadistic, and with a hit of superficial charm - these are all traits that link to one determined creature. A living being which is… basically, a flower, or is he now?
This video is about Flowey, the first major character you come across in Indie RPG Undertale, created by Toby Fox. Together we explore Flowey’s personality, his roots, a few theories and a few facts you probably didn’t know about one of the major antagonists in the game.

So if Determination can not only allow you to reset time itself and still remember, but you can also live after death like how Asriel reincarnated as a flower after being injected with Determination, in which Chara actually had…would she have lived after death in something or was she living through us?

Kinda since chara was possesing frisk in the genocide route at the end she gains enough determination to get out like asriel and onky at the end she gains the power to reset and alternate time with files

If Flowey had asriel's memories but no soul does that mean the Asriel at the end of the game wouldn't be the real 1?

@@hopebringer2348 No, it gave him his compassion back. If you go all the way back to the start of the game and talk to Asriel he'll talk about how without the souls he'll soon turn back into Flowey.

He is the actual Asriel, with that much power he managed to get his body and soul back he even mentioned he would later go back to being a flower and since he had no soul he wouldn't be able to really feel anything

Well you see flowey does have evil intentions just like any au that is not underswap or underfell because well while he is asriel but her can't move not mentioning the multiple times he teleports but ignoring that he actually does commit quite the crimes because in this state of flowey he has close to no emotions and he is constantly filled with some sort of hatred towards frisk but if you remember in asriels backstory before he became flowey he was actually siblings with chara who throughout the genocide route is portrayed as this vengeful spirit but you see before this whole ordeal happened they actually lived with asriel who some day does get killed hence making flowey say the line "here in the underground it's kill or be killed" because in his backstory he does get killed by the humans because they still felt some sort of hatred towards the monsters which causes him to try and kill us because we are human possibly from the same family as the ones who killed him but in the true pacifist route asriel still thinks chara is alive but as stated in the lore chara died but I don't know the exact reason but asriel still must think that chara is aliveI mean the manipulation this man commits is alot I mean certainly asriel does have some sort of mortality but in the true pacifist route asriel essentially becomes a God making him practically immortal

I'd be the other way around. I'd never be able to complete a genocide route... well, because I'm the sort of person who worries about Terraria NPCs having sufficiently comfortable houses, but if I did make it to the end, I'd never be able to say no to Flowy's begging.
