Fellow Pilates Instructor here… 😀 Great workout! Thank you! Your form is beautiful. Really like your exercises and cues/reminders about technique, breathing, stability, etc. One idea… remind participants of the option to elevate the pelvis or bend the knees when seated on the floor with legs extended in front of them. It’s a great option if that position is uncomfortable so that it’s easier to lengthen the spine. LOVE your spirit. Well done!! 💘

Great challenge! I felt strong and powerful with some of these moves e.g. Thigh Stretch; others were humbling, like Swimming with the weights - I could barely move my arms! I loved the wee bit ‘risky’ work with the weight between the legs during Roll like a Ball: for sure I squeezed it tight so I wouldn’t bonk myself on my nose haha! Super-fun sess: Thank u!
