Ingredients
Warm milk: 160 ml
Sugar: 30 g
Salt: 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Dry yeast: 4 g
Flour: 260 g
Olive oil: 30 ml
Butter: 30 g
Pinch of salt
Parsley: 15 g (chopped)
Grated garlic: 15 g
Step 1: Preparing the Dough
Activate the Yeast: Combine warm milk, sugar, salt, and dry yeast in a bowl. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes until frothy.
Mix the Dough: Add flour to the yeast mixture, mix until well combined, then add olive oil and mix until smooth.
Let the Dough Rise: Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
