This lemon vanilla cake is loaded with blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry compote, perfectly fluffy pancakes in between layers, and finished off with a delicious maple brown sugar buttercream. But that's not all - we're topping this stack with even more mini pancakes and berry compote!

I need this in my life. I used to be a cake decorator and even do wedding cakes but due to muscle and nerve damage I got told I could never go back to my field, and the occupational therapist included all of culinary arts. I just had all these berries, I actually mix them into waffle batter

Unfortunately I will be in severe pain the rest of my life oh, there's nothing they can do there's only making it tolerable. But yeah I had no idea cake decorators and chefs get carpal tunnel because of the constant pressure on our wrist.
