I just made your 12 year old carbonara recipe AGAIN! I made them last week with pancetta and today i didn't have any so i just uses ham. It's the best carbonara ever and ive had it before in two restaurants! Before i tried it using your recipe it scrambled and i was obviously disappointed. That was probably cause I kept the heat on after adding the eggs. So I'm glad you posted today. It's unbelievable that you are still posting videos on KZbin after so many years! ❤

the overnight dinner rolls are so good, i bring them occasionally bring them to bible study and my pastor LOVES them. Safe to say i’m famous for those rolls now 😂

Hey Laura, egg white can be frozen without affecting their properties. It can even be whipped up firmly once thawed❤

To save even more time, I form them the night before and pop them in the fridge. The day of I just pull them out, let them come to room temperature and bake.

I save my egg whites and freeze them, then when I have enough, about 12 eggs worth, I make ANGEL FOOD CAKE!! Works perfectly!! (Of course you need to let the egg whites to come to room temp before making the cake)

I never put in the amount of sugar that is in the recipe, which is often 1/4 cup and makes them far too sweet for me. Usually I use about 1 tablespoon, sometimes even less.
