You live in a beautiful place and I always enjoy your videos. You know what they say about the worst day fishing.

One of my favorite beaches to fish. Bummer that you couldn't land one. Thanks for sharing!

Great video! What dou you like to use for a floating line?
@timothybird70084 күн бұрын
@@OzzieOzzieOzzie I use either Rio Outbound Short float or Orvis Bank Shot floating (the smooth version, not the textured one). Both of these do everything I need of them.

Nice video Tim. One of my favorite beaches for Natural beauty. I was fishing there last week, not a breath of wind. Like glass, but was at high tide. No luck for me. Plenty of seals and sea lions too. But I have the same feeling. I don’t care if I catch anything while fishing in such majesty.

I find it more difficult there at high tide being limited to a single-handed rod (for now anyway!). I never seem to do as well in a dead flat calm, either. It is a lovely setting, for sure.

I agree. I had a OPST Commando Skagit line on my 9’ 7wt so no back cast space wasn’t an issue, but the high tide and glass surface definitely find help. I just had to fish when I had the chance. Will try to get there some day on a low change over. Thanks for all your content.

Nice video. I have never heard of the Titanic fly before. Is there a shop that you could recommend I could purchase them from?
@timothybird700811 күн бұрын
@@bruceb2212 I tie these myself, but you can purchase them online from the guy who invented the pattern. Check out the website www.amazingflies.com/
