It's amazing , 20 yrs ago I saw dabris 20 ft above the water line. I can' imagine seeing the Black at that stage. It's cyclical. Thx

Nice catch, I fish Cooley yesterday, I know not many ppl like fishing der but using the right gear can be rewarding. I was catching bass left n right on poppers. Its fun watching those bass smash my popper

@@WhiteMountainKrew That comment is fitting. 5 years ago I got lost overnight by myself on the Black. The Apaches had to send a search and rescue team to find me the next day. Now we just laugh about it... I tie my own flies and the trout on the Black always seem to like the way they look. Last year they were taking small dry flies every day. Typically woolybuggers and nymphs.

I believe a mile maybe less to the river , the trail is fair not marked but a well traveled trail.
