Recommend setting focus to singe point when you are doing bench press reps and speeding it up, the focus breathing is very noticeable.

@@TravelingAhn Wow, I didn't expect you to remember. I bought the Action 4. Used default settings. Took a trip through Vietnam for 2 weeks and Japan for 25 days. It was an amazing time of my life. But I have no idea how to edit videos or anything. So in the meantime I have to learn how with KZbin academy, haha. Currently tinkering with DaVinci Resolve. I have like 50+ hours of footage to skim through too! >_

Nice Sang, we all have to start somewhere! I started with Final Cut, but I heard Davinci is really great (even the free option)! When you start editing, you'll just learn more and more with each video you complete. Don't try to be an expert right off the bat.

Glad you're home safe Adam! I just noticed you're very strong for your weight if you're doing essentially 225 for 4-sets of 5-6. I also just really like the look of d-log m. Even though it might not perform the best with back-lit scenarios.

Thanks Tim!! Kinda strong...not where I'd like to be 😂. Used to be able to do much more...even 2 1/2 weeks ago (Muscle atrophy is real for us old folk 👴) But, I plan on getting back up there again! Yeah, I do like the D-Log for sure on the Pocket in the evening time!

Thanks for these videos. I'm based in Asia, trying to decide between Pocket 3 and Action 4 for vlogging. I'm leaning towards Action 4, even though it's lesser quality. I like that the background isn't all blurred, it makes for more interesting viewing. If the vlog was entirely about the person and what they were saying, then sure Pocket 3 is superior. But many people enjoy seeing unfamiliar places through vlogs, so they don't want everything blurred. Action 4 is also faster and snappier when moving around to show things in the environment, you don't have to worry about the gimbal turning and going in and out of focus. Also waterproof, and better for motorbike vlogging. The pocket 3 looks ridiculous on the end of a selfie stick lol - I get enough anxiety from just thinking about vlogging, I don't need to make it worse by standing out too much! Action 4 seems more discreet, less of a head turner.

Ahn! Did I see you walking around with your dji mic attached to an Insta360 magnet??!! Just kidding- it's always good to mix and match sometimes! I use the soft lens cap for my Insta360 X3 to cover the lens/gimbal of my Pocket 3, if I have it out, but don't want to use it just yet. Regarding Seoul, a band I was in from Canada (doing R&B/pop covers) was supposed to play for six months or so at a club in Seoul several years ago. We had our shots and everything, all ready to leave, but then apparently the club burnt down. Story was that an American owned it, who was somehow involved in illicit goings-on. I was very much looking forward to Seoul, but was shocked to hear that it snows there, like here in Toronto. By the way, I have 'Parasite' on Bluray- fantastic movie, and also 'The Host', both of whom (I think) were made by the same fellow. Regarding Baguettes, I practically lived off those (ham and cheese) for breakfast everyday whilst playing in Amsterdam, when touring Europe one year.

This is probably the most recent thing where I joined on a recording with some other musicians, Senri Kawaguchi and Tetsuo Sakurai, on a song by Tetsuo. I've met Senri a couple of times (in London, and near Toronto, in Aurora)- quite honoured when she actually sent me a friend request on Facebook in 2017- she is becoming fairly famous worldwide. I’ve noticed that you have displayed both camera’s settings. Does that mean that you’re filming in manual ?? Also on P3 says shutter 1/200 and EV -0.7. Are you manually setting both the shutter and EV on the P3 camera at the same time how’s that possible ??cos I thought it’s intended to be one or the other?

Hello in Australia! I'm not sure what you saw, but the the P3, I'm filming in 4K60, 1/120 manual with a ...it was the Action 4 where I bumped up the shutter to 1/200-1/8000. Regarding P3, you can manually adjust the Shutter and EV at the same time. You just tap the EV at the upper left to adjust it accordingly. Of course you can also adjust the EV while recording if you swipe from the right to the left. Please let me know if I misunderstood you or if you have any followup thoughts not this 😀
