I consider myself an above average builder in fallout... I don't do videos but I have my own creations. You and a few like you, push the envelope a little further than even I have imagined. Always nice to get new ideas. I need to keep my camps a little smaller so I can put more in them. Sometimes I tend to build too big.

I did trick 3 without the red rocket stairs by dragging the foundation in front of the stars outwards by a tiny bit, placing down a doorway and then moving the foundations back to place. Leaving the doorway infront of the stairs floating slightly in front of the stars, while the stairs could connect to the original foundation. Using brickwalls will hide any slits/gaps, though the cabin walls will leave a tiny slit on each side 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have an idea how it could be done, but I haven't tested it. So this is just theory, but you may be able to just freehand the foundations over to snap the stairs without gaps.

Every object has a chain of support. If you're referring to error message referring to something being unsupported, however in terms of something being unavailable usually that error is triggered by an ally, or another player using an object like a bed, chair, crafting station, etc... that will cause any floor that is directly supporting that item to become "unavailable"

That's a tricky bit to explain in detail in a comment, but the bottom bit was a coffee table, and the sides were weapon racks attached to the wall, and the bookshelves. You just have to play around with it, and find something that works for you in your build.

@@StoleYaSweetroll Just cut the music out entirely. You really don't need it.
@StoleYaSweetroll
@StoleYaSweetroll 3 жыл бұрын
@@donnathedead7554 without the music, it would be a bigger mess, as there would be many audio jumps, and warping from going from 2x speed clips to 1/2 speed clips, And the jump cuts would be much more jarring. Also the music helps to blend out background noise from my microphone. I don't have a decent PC, and the PlayStation is quite obnoxious, sounding like a jet prepping for takeoff. I'm still trying to find that perfect balance. Bear with me as i only got serious about video editing 2 weeks ago, and now I'm trying to tackle sound without a proper space to record. 😅

@@psynne3283 can only do so much with the free license music on YT studio, but i see the point here in this video, it was off balance... it didn't seem so bad when i was editing, but it's pretty rough listening to the published video. Didn't realize the music was so obnoxiously loud. Definitly going to pay more attention in the future.
