Foam Roller Pilates Mat Workout -
Move with Foam Roller Pilates Exercises in this 30 minute workout. Because the foam roller is unstable it will challenge you with some exercises. It will also offer support to some of the Pilates exercises.
This is an Intermediate Pilates Class because the roll over exercise is included in the Pilates workout. You can always opt-out of this exercise or do another variation that’s best for you.
This is a Full Body at home Pilates Workout and brings a little inspiration from the reformer on the mat Pilates workouts. You won’t need any equipment for the class besides a cushy Pilates Mat. And as a helpful tip, for the standing exercises, you may want to step off the mat so the surface is more stable.
