love this! I haven't been able to find a good foam rolling workout that covers the entire body, including arms. as-well as having timers and a follow along. But this one does everything! Cheers Daniel!

YES!!! Ever since joining HomeGym I felt the need to incorporate foam rolling into my recovery. It has helped tremendously!!! I try to do it at least three times a week. I've never foam rolled my biceps/triceps, it felt great! My quads and inner thighs were really tender during this foam rolling session....but that's why I do it. Loved this routine and it will definitely be in heavy rotation. Thank You for doing this routine.
