My acupuncturist told me that feeling tired and stiff all the time was due to muscular tension that had accumulated over time without me noticing it. It is considered as a disease in acupuncture. Mothers like me frequently experience it, without understanding what is happening to them. I am not that much into sport since I had a baby in 2019. I commute by bike, did a lot a diy in several appartments, moved and traveled, before getting pregnant, started my own business as an independant worker.. A lot of stress and not much rest. I carried my child a lot. Tension settled slowly but deeply. I had a foam roll but didn't think of using it until she advised me to rest my muscles and do pilates. I tried using it by myself intuitively. But this class seems perfect for me to follow a routine. Thank you!

About six months prior, I began incorporating a foam roller into my gym routine following my warm-up on leg day. I have since experienced a significant improvement in my squats and overall performance in leg exercises and running. Additionally, I experimented with using the foam roller after workouts a few times, which alleviated my typical post-exercise soreness. Recently, I acquired one online, ensuring that I now possess a foam roller at home.
