Connor O'Leary has been through a lot. Whether it be professional cycling races, cancer, CBS's The Amazing Race, he has found that there has been one reason he can continue to be a successful and strong human being. He credits it to his focus and introduces us to the concept that focus is a muscle and gives us ways to improve our own focus muscle.
About TEDx, x = independently organized event
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

Focus is a muscle and you can actually practice focus. Place and object in front of you as you sit. Look at that object for a few seconds, then close your eyes and replicate that object in your mind as detailed as possible for as long as possible. When the image changes or goes away, look at the object again and repeat. Do it until you can picture the entire room accurately! It may take months but your focus will be massive.

Connor, any speech delivered with hands in the pocket distracts the audience attention, making them waste attention wondering what you’re hiding, or are uncertain about. It’s a great speech that will impact many lives, and it will be even better if you keep your hands visible to the audience.

The author used the word "focus." but sometimes he really meant "discipline." It is such a catch 22 when blood thinning medication is used to thin the blood, but then it is easier for the system to bleed to form blood clots somewhere else in the body. Broccoli is a super food which has dual agent, blood thinning and blood clotting because it has lots of Vitamin K to balance things out as we need. Therefore eating broccoli including the stems regularly would help us to be in balance without taking blood thinning medicine. Practicing Taichi or deep breathing would help to bring lots of oxygen to the system and helping us to focus. Being positive helps us to boost up our immune system to fight against the odds.

HWN Cue my stereotypical response pointing out that all you're doing is complaining about the fact I "complained" about the video. Thanks for your simple dumb complaint! At least I gave some sort of constructive criticism in response, as opposed to just calling OP stupid 😘 but hey what is YOUR point? Under normal circumstances you can't change the content of a video posted online, so why even have a comments section?

we are just bodies who imagine a objective viewpoint/attention. it is nothing more then focusing the bodies parabolic nervous system in the body too a point. hence the belief in this silly reality. it is more subjective then the body as its based internally and picks and chooses its aspects of reality forming a false ego. the body is naturally aware of the world and is not subjective at all. it simply does not attempt too too decipher the world around it. it accepts as is the truth of it regardless. this union between reality/god is automatic and only a mind of imagination interferes in the process of connection.
