....my experience....just reduce your dinner as much as possible...do not eat rice. 3 thin slices of bread is good enough. If you can reduce that...do it. Its all in our mind...in 2 weeks ..you will get used to it. This will not give you immediate results like magic...you need to do it till you get what you want...

100 gm of brown rice = 124 calories. 100 gms of white bread = 266 calories. Hence pound for pound white bread will more than double your weight than brown rice. Weight is directly proportional to calorie intake not the type of food. To understand and learn the science behind weight loss read my comment posted earlier today. It's easy when you know how. @@CT-vl3iu your advice based on your habit of eating misleads those who want to lose weight . To lose 1kg of body weight in 2 weeks you have to cut down 14000 calories. In 14 days. ie 1000 a day. If you can manage with 3 slices of bread eat double the weight of bread with rice and you will still do better than with bread

@@CT-vl3iu if you say I did not eat rice then you are sharing your experience. But you said 'do not eat rice ' which is advice or an instruction. Brown rice has less than half the calories of bread. Simply by replacing the bread with an equal weight of rice you are cutting the calorie intake by Half and you will lose weight. Doing the reverse you will gain weight.
