I was at a business class lounge, I believe it was Swiss Airlines, I don’t remember, but they gave us lots of different ice cream. If you’re ever in Switzerland I highly recommend this passion fruit mango ice cream bar. It’s soooooo good.

Truly admire Benj for giving Judy the best flight journey to SG on SIA's Business Class. After all it's thanks to Judy that you get to enjoy SG's culinary delights. Perhaps on your next flight you can give Judy SIA's First Class experience. It's truly exceptional! Also, from watching the vlogs the SG people appear to be very hospitable and giving. Some of the gifts cost a 'bomb'.

The green veggie you had on your flight meal looks like gai lan (aka Chinese broccoli). It’s typically blanched and mixed with some oyster sauce. It’s a Chinese veggie but there’s a lot of Chinese who reside in Singapore, so it’s likely you would come across Chinese food there often.
