When anyone asks my favourite method of cooking pizza, without a doubt it's woodfired. The slight char, the bubbles, the delicious crunch of flavoured air from the dough. Topped off with Mediterranean ingredients and it's perfect for me. Whether it be Italy, Spain, Portugal or Skiathos, the best pizza I've had is in those places and they were woodfired.

I had images of the dough being thrown in the air. It does look yummy! Thank you for sharing! By proxy I am visiting Rome. I cannot afford to go. ❤️

I went on holiday to Rome this summer and I went to that Pizzeria (il's also a Restaurant). I also made some photos in front of it like it's a monument. Food is fine, atmosphere is the classic Old Rome appeal & everything seems smooth. Tha for giving me the opportunity to share your experience! Cheers
