Tessie, this midday video was such a treat! Homemade fries are the best; we've stopped buying the frozen ones and just use the slicer to make our own. Making enough to freeze is a good idea. Your seedlings look a lot like mine; I've found that the growing season has shifted by about a month because of the changing temperatures/weather. Is it the same by you? I enjoy the extra time it gives me in the fall, but I do get impatient in the spring. lol Have a great rest of your day! ☺

Tessie, the onion soup freezes really well. I put a frozen cup or two in the crockpot even cooking stew, roast or even chili.I freeze in small paper cups and then put several in gallon zip lock freezer bags. Meal size portion freeze in gallon bags or containers. Definately freezing sweet potato fries. How do you cook them? Any other seasonings?

cut the fries place in boiling water 5 min and then place in cold water ,drain pat dryish and place in bags :) and freeze

Hey Tessie I'll Save your tears. Next time you cut onions, put a wet paper towel close to where you cut those onions . It will take it all in and you wont get teary eyes

When did you plant it linda because parsley is biennial in other words it doesn't come up year after year if you just recently planted it I am not sure other than if you are over watering it they do like to have shade and not much sun at all
